No Cancellation or Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchasing a Fertility Clarity Package. By purchasing you understand this and you are committed to receiving a plan and implementing the recommended changes provided.

Intellectual Property: All property created and/or delivered by Provider, including, but not limited to, all trademarks, course materials, and program structure shall remain the exclusive property of Provider. Client may not use property to train other people.

Student Privacy: Provider will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties Client’s personally identifiable information.

Marketing and Promotion: Provider has the right to use Client testimonials, photos, voice memos, direct messages and videos unless Client expressly notifies Victoria at hello@nourishingmindsnutrition.com.

No Guarantee of Results: A Fertility Clarity Package will provide Client with the information and application for hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery so that you can ovulate and cycle as you are trying to conceive. We cannot guarantee results, including that you will have your period back by the end of 90 days or that you will get pregnant. By purchasing Client acknowledges and understands this.

Client understands this Fertility Clarity Package is crafted specifically for people whose period and pregnancy concerns are a direct result of hypothalamic amenorrhea.
