Does this package include eating and supplement recommendations?
Great question! No this plan is specifically focused on giving you insight into what's going on in your body and the next steps you need to take to heal. Specifically, this package includes lab work, a root cause investigation and a detailed analysis of your results so that you understand exactly what's going on in your body. We'll then connect the dots to your eating and exercise habits, and give you a custom roadmap for what's ahead to get your period back and get pregnant.
What happens after I purchase?
Great question! After your purchase, you'll fill out a form to answer a few questions about yourself, your eating and exercise habits, and share the address to ship your personalized nutrient test (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis or HTMA). Once we've received your answers, we'll mail to the HTMA straight to you, and send lab instructions to your email to complete your comprehensive labs at your local Quest or Labcorp.
Simple instructions for how to easily complete your HTMA and labs will be provided and once you complete both tests, we'll get straight to work! You can expect your Fertility Clarity Package within 2 weeks of our team receiving your results.

How much time will this take me?
This program is less about “studying” and more about implementation and taking action to get your period back and get pregnant. By purchasing your plan, you'll be saving yourself precious time and energy trying to DIY your recovery, and instead find restoring your fertility soooo much easier and quicker, too.
On your end, all you have to do is complete your hair sample for the personalized nutrient testing (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis or HTMA), mail it back to us, follow the easy instructions for completing your comprehensive labs at your local Labcorp or Quest, and we will take it from there! Your fully customized Fertility Clarity Package will be sent to you within 2 weeks of receiving your results. Please keep in mind in can take a month (or more) to receive your results from the labs.
